Animal Physiology and Biochemistry (HB)

At present time, biochemistry and physiology are unarguably fundamental aspects of medical education and can be taught in many ways including dissection, ‘self-directed learning’ and ‘problem based learning’. Biochemistry is a scientific discipline which explains how carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, phosphorus and sulfur besides being essential to life are components of structures suc a carbohydrates, lipids, proteins and nucleic acids, which are all involved in cell metabolism.
